Happy SmartPhone Dance We want to thank parents for purchasing and sending phones and accessories for your missionary. The time between receiving the directive from the missionary department and our set up date was only a couple of weeks. It was a step by step process including the missionaries rereading “ Safeguards For Using Technology ”, the missionaries taking the online course, agreeing to the safeguards for using their phones and then receiving and getting them operational with the apps added. A special thanks the Elder Mortensen and Elder Lambert who were called as our technology experts. They did the hands on set up for each missionary. Your quick action on purchasing and sending phones allowed this process to go smoothly. We would ask that you admonish our missionary to be diligent in following the missionary departments safeguards and guidelines for the successful use of this additional tool we have been given.
